This is my first log and since it's a Sunday not much happened today. I won't be doing any working out on Sunday unless it takes the form of a walk about or something to that end.
I had a banana for breakfast with my vitamins and then went all sorts of nuts for dinner, which I think is fine since it's a birthday meal, having kabobs. I also had a piece of Cheesecake and one brownie. The fact that there are more out there right now it killing me.
Plan for tomorrow is to NOT have any of the deserts made and having some cheerios in the morning, a yogurt in the afternoon and one serving of dinner.
